सहभाग व एकांकिकेची पात्रताParticipation & eligibility

  • परदेशस्थ (भारताव्यतिरिक्त) सर्व संस्था व नाट्यकर्मी “रंगसेतू” मध्ये सहभागी होऊ शकतात.All organisations and theatre artists based outside India can take part in “Rangasetu”.
  • “रंगसेतू” मध्ये एकांकिकेचे सादरीकरण मराठी भाषेत असणे आवश्यक आहे.The play must be performed in Marathi.
  • सादर करण्यात येणारी एकांकिका नाविन्यपूर्ण, आजच्या परदेशस्थ भारतीयांच्या जीवनाचे प्रतिबिंब दर्शवणारी असावी. तसेच ती या आधी रंगमंचीत झालेली नसावी.The play must be original and reflect the lives of Indians living abroad today. It must not have been staged before.
  • एकांकिका एखाद्या कथा, कविता अथवा अन्य साहित्यकृतीवर आधारित असेल, तर मूळ लेखकाची किंवा संबंधित हक्कधारकाची आवश्यक परवानगी घेणे स्पर्धक संस्थेस बंधनकारक राहील. परवानगी घेण्याची संपूर्ण जबाबदारी स्पर्धक संस्थेची असेल. याबाबत ‘प्रयोग मालाड’ संस्थेची कोणतीही जबाबदारी अथवा बांधिलकी राहणार नाही.If the play is based on a story, poem or other literary work, the participating organisation must obtain the necessary permission from the original author or rights holder. The organisation is fully responsible for this; Prayog Malad bears no responsibility or obligation in the matter.
  • लेखक आणि दिग्दर्शकाचे प्रतिज्ञापत्र / हमीपत्र आवश्यक आहे. (नमुना वेबसाइटवर भाग २ — “एकांकिकेची माहिती” मध्ये डाउनलोड करून, भरून, सही करून, स्कॅन करून तेथेच अपलोड करावा.)A writer and director undertaking / affidavit is required. (Download the format in Part 2 — “Ekankika details” — fill it in, sign it, scan it and upload it there.)
  • “रंगसेतू” चे संपूर्ण वेळापत्रक वेळापत्रक पानावर (क्र. १४) दिले आहे.The full schedule is on the Timeline page (item 14).

प्रवेश अर्जEntry application

  • प्रवेश अर्ज ४ ऑक्टोबर २०२६ पासून www.prayogmalad.org या संकेतस्थळावर उपलब्ध असतील.Entry forms will be available from 4 October 2026 on www.prayogmalad.org.
  • प्रवेश अर्ज स्वीकारण्याची अंतिम तारीख २३ नोव्हेंबर २०२६ (IST) असेल.The last date to submit the entry form is 23 November 2026 (IST).
  • प्रत्येक स्पर्धक संस्थेस फक्त एकच प्रवेश अर्ज दाखल करता येईल.Each organisation may submit only one entry form.
  • अर्ज स्वीकारल्यानंतर प्रत्येक स्पर्धक संस्थेला एक सांकेतिक क्रमांक (Entry ID) दिला जाईल. पुढील सर्व गोष्टींसाठी / पत्रव्यवहारासाठी तो दर्शवावा.Once the application is accepted, each organisation receives a unique code (Entry ID). Quote it in all further communication.

एकांकिकेचे चित्रीकरणRecording the play

  • एकांकिकेचे चित्रण तीन कॅमेरा सेटअप वापरून करावे.Record the play using a three-camera setup.
  • प्राथमिक फेरीसाठी फक्त सेंटर कॅमेऱ्याची मास्टर फाईल पाठवावी.For the preliminary round, send only the master file from the centre camera.
  • अंतिम फेरीत निवड झाल्यास, तीन कॅमेऱ्यांनी चित्रित केलेली, संपूर्ण एडिट केलेली एकांकिका पाठवावी.If selected for the final round, send the fully edited three-camera version.
  • एकांकिकेचा कालावधी किमान ३५ मिनिटे व कमाल ४५ मिनिटे असावा.Duration must be a minimum of 35 and a maximum of 45 minutes.
  • कलाकारांच्या आवाजाची स्पष्टता राखावी.Keep the actors’ voices clear and audible.
  • प्राथमिक फेरीसाठी Re-take, Editing किंवा Dubbing न करता सलगपणे (No Cuts) चित्रीकरण करावे.For the preliminary round, record in one continuous take (no cuts), without re-takes, editing or dubbing.
  • चित्रीकरणाची किमान गुणवत्ता 1080p (1920 × 1080) असावी; सर्वोत्तम परिणामांसाठी आदर्श गुणवत्ता 4K (3840 × 2160) आहे.Minimum recording quality is 1080p (1920 × 1080); for best results, the ideal quality is 4K (3840 × 2160).
  • चित्रीकरण तांत्रिकदृष्ट्या अयोग्य आढळल्यास एकांकिका “रंगसेतू” मधून बाद करण्यात येईल.A technically unsuitable recording will be disqualified from “Rangasetu”.

चित्रित एकांकिका पाठविण्याची पद्धतHow to send the recorded play

  • एकांकिका .mp4 किंवा .mov (Single Video File) स्वरूपात पाठवावी.Send the play as a single .mp4 or .mov video file.
  • एकांकिका १८ जानेवारी २०२७ पर्यंत “प्रयोग मालाड” च्या संकेतस्थळावर ऑनलाइन पाठवणे आवश्यक आहे (online upload).The play must be uploaded online to the Prayog Malad website by 18 January 2027.
  • खालील गोष्टींची पूर्तता १ डिसेंबर २०२६ पर्यंत करणे आवश्यक आहे (वेबसाइटवर भाग २): (अ) एकांकिकेची प्रत (लेखक व दिग्दर्शक यांच्या नावासहित) (ब) लेखकाची परवानगी (क) पात्रपरिचयासोबत कलाकारांची संपूर्ण यादी.By 1 December 2026 you must also provide (Part 2 on the website): (a) a copy of the script (with writer and director names), (b) the writer’s permission, (c) the full cast list with character introductions.
  • एकांकिका प्राप्त झाल्यानंतर तिची पोचपावती ई-मेलद्वारे पाठविण्यात येईल.An acknowledgement will be emailed once the play is received.
  • फाईलचे नाव असे असावे: “सांकेतिक क्रमांक_एकांकिकेचे नाव.mp4”. उदा. “१२३४_कळकीचे बाळ.mp4”The file must be named “EntryID_PlayName.mp4”, e.g. “1234_Kalkiche Baal.mp4”.

तांत्रिक पूर्वचाचणीTechnical pre-check

  • प्राप्त झालेल्या प्रत्येक एकांकिकेच्या तांत्रिक बाबींची पूर्वचाचणी करण्यात येईल.Every play received will go through a technical pre-check.
  • यामध्ये प्रामुख्याने आवाजाची स्पष्टता, चित्रीकरणाचा दर्जा इत्यादी बाबी तपासल्या जातील.Mainly audio clarity and recording quality will be checked.
  • एकांकिका तांत्रिकदृष्ट्या स्वीकृत झाल्याची पोचपावती चार दिवसांच्या आत ई-मेलद्वारे देण्यात येईल.Acknowledgement of technical acceptance will be emailed within four days.

प्रवेश शुल्कEntry fee

  • स्पर्धेचे प्रवेश शुल्क ₹२,०००/- (INR) असेल.The entry fee is ₹2,000/- (INR).
  • प्रवेश शुल्क स्पर्धक संस्थेच्या भारतीय प्रतिनिधीद्वारे भरावे.The fee must be paid by the organisation’s Indian representative.
  • QR Code स्कॅन करून अथवा Internet Banking द्वारे खालील बँक खात्यात प्रवेश शुल्क भरता येईल.Pay by scanning the QR code or by internet banking to the bank account below.
  • प्रवेश शुल्क कोणत्याही प्रकारे परदेशी चलनात भरता येणार नाही.The fee cannot be paid in foreign currency in any form.
  • शुल्क भरल्यानंतर त्याचा Transaction Screenshot प्रवेश अर्जासोबत जोडणे आवश्यक आहे. तो न जोडल्यास अर्ज अस्वीकृत करण्यात येईल.The transaction screenshot must be attached to the entry form. Without it the application will be rejected.
  • एकदा भरलेल्या प्रवेश शुल्काचा कोणत्याही कारणास्तव परतावा दिला जाणार नाही.The entry fee, once paid, is non-refundable for any reason.

एकांकिकेच्या प्रदर्शनासंबंधी नियमRules on publishing the play

  • स्पर्धेसाठी पाठवलेली एकांकिका, स्पर्धेचा अंतिम निकाल जाहीर होईपर्यंत कोणत्याही माध्यमावर प्रदर्शित करता येणार नाही.The recording submitted for the competition may not be published on any medium until the final results are announced.
  • पुढील १ महिना एकांकिका समाजमाध्यमांवर प्रसिद्ध करण्याचे सर्व अधिकार “प्रयोग मालाड” संस्थेकडे असतील. या १ महिन्यात स्पर्धक संस्था त्यांना योग्य वाटल्यास समाजमाध्यमांवर एकांकिका प्रसिद्ध करू शकतात.For the following 1 month, Prayog Malad holds all rights to publish the play on social media. During that month the participating organisation may also publish it on social media if it wishes.
  • या अटीचे उल्लंघन झाल्यास संबंधित संस्था स्पर्धेतून बाद करण्यात येईल.Violating this condition will lead to disqualification.

प्राथमिक फेरीPreliminary round

  • पाठविलेल्या एकांकिकांच्या परीक्षणासाठी प्राथमिक फेरीचे आयोजन करण्यात येईल.A preliminary round will be held to judge the plays received.
  • परीक्षणात प्रामुख्याने पुढील बाबींचा विचार केला जाईल: नाविन्यपूर्ण विषय · दिग्दर्शन · अभिनय.Judging mainly considers: originality of theme · direction · acting.
  • प्राथमिक फेरीनंतर अंतिम फेरीसाठी ५ एकांकिकांची निवड करण्यात येईल.Five plays will be selected for the final round.
  • निवड झालेल्या संस्थांना तीन कॅमेरा setup ने चित्रीकरण केलेली संपूर्ण (एडिट केलेली) एकांकिका पाठवावी लागेल.Selected organisations must send the complete, edited three-camera recording.

अंतिम फेरीFinal round

  • अंतिम फेरीसाठी निवड झालेल्या पाच एकांकिकांचे नाट्यगृहात प्रक्षेपण करण्यात येईल.The five selected plays will be screened in a theatre.
  • उपस्थित मान्यवर परीक्षक या पाच एकांकिकांचे प्रत्यक्ष परीक्षण करून अंतिम निकाल जाहीर करतील.Distinguished judges present will evaluate the five plays on the spot and announce the final result.
  • अंतिम फेरीसाठी निवड झालेल्या संस्थेस कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत स्पर्धेतून माघार घेता येणार नाही.An organisation selected for the final round cannot withdraw under any circumstances.

परीक्षकांचा निर्णय व कायदेविषयक नियमJudges’ decision & jurisdiction

  • परीक्षकांचा निर्णय अंतिम असेल व तो सर्व स्पर्धक संस्थांना बंधनकारक राहील.The judges’ decision is final and binding on all participating organisations.
  • “रंगसेतू” संबंधी कोणत्याही तक्रारी, मतभेद अथवा कायदेशीर बाबींचे निराकरण मुंबई (भारत) यांच्या कायदेशीर अधिकारक्षेत्रातच करण्यात येईल.Any complaints, disputes or legal matters relating to “Rangasetu” will be resolved only within the jurisdiction of Mumbai (India).

नियमावली व कार्यक्रमातील बदलChanges to rules & programme

  • कार्यक्रमात अथवा नियमावलीत आवश्यकतेनुसार बदल करण्याचे सर्वाधिकार “प्रयोग मालाड” संस्थेकडे असतील. अशा बदलांची माहिती संबंधित स्पर्धक संस्थांना देण्यात येईल.Prayog Malad reserves all rights to change the programme or rules as needed. Such changes will be communicated to the participating organisations concerned.

१३. महत्त्वाची सूचना:13. Important: सर्व संस्थांनी प्रवेश अर्ज सादर करण्यापूर्वी व एकांकिका पाठवण्यापूर्वी संपूर्ण नियमावली काळजीपूर्वक वाचून तिचे पालन करणे आवश्यक आहे.All organisations must read these rules carefully and follow them before submitting the entry form and before sending the play.
