रिकाम्या जागा भराFill in the blanks
- एकांकिकेचे नाव आणि लेखक व दिग्दर्शकाची नावे.The play’s title, and the writer’s and director’s names.
- मुद्दा २ : तुमच्या संस्थेचे नाव.Clause 2: your organisation’s name.
- मुद्दा ४ : “नाही / आहे” पैकी लागू नसलेला शब्द खोडा.Clause 4: strike out “नाही / आहे” — whichever does not apply.
- मुद्दा ५ : फक्त एकांकिका दुसऱ्या साहित्यावर आधारित असेल तरच — मूळ लेखकाचे नाव व साहित्याचे नाव भरा, “कथेवर / कवितेवर / साहित्यावर” पैकी लागू नसलेले खोडा आणि मूळ लेखकाची परवानगी जोडा. आधारित नसल्यास हा मुद्दा रद्द करा.Clause 5: only if the play is based on another work — fill in the original author’s name and the work’s title, strike out “कथेवर / कवितेवर / साहित्यावर” as applicable, and attach the original author’s permission. If the play is original, cancel this clause.

लेखक व दिग्दर्शकाची सहीWriter and director sign
लेखक आणि दिग्दर्शक दोघांनीही आपापल्या नावावर शाईने सही करा.Both the writer and the director sign in ink above their printed names.

स्कॅन करून अपलोड कराScan and upload
सही केलेल्या हमीपत्राचा स्पष्ट स्कॅन किंवा फोटो अपलोड करा. मुद्दा ५ लागू असल्यास मूळ लेखकाची परवानगी मागील पानावर अपलोड केली आहे याची खात्री करा.Upload a clear scan or photo of the signed undertaking. If clause 5 applies, make sure the original author’s permission was uploaded on the previous step.

- अपलोड केलेले हमीपत्र लेखक व दिग्दर्शक यांनी स्वतः वाचून सही केलेले असून त्यातील सर्व मजकूर आम्हाला मान्य आहे.The uploaded undertaking was read and signed by the writer and the director, and we accept everything stated in it.
- सदर एकांकिका “रंगसेतू” स्पर्धेसाठी नव्याने लिहिली आहे आणि तिचा भारतात अथवा परदेशात कुठेही रंगमंचीय प्रयोग करण्यात आलेला नाही.The play was newly written for “Rangasetu” and has not been staged anywhere, in India or abroad.
- एकांकिका मूळ / दुसऱ्या साहित्यावर आधारित असल्याबद्दल दिलेली माहिती खरी आहे; आधारित असल्यास मूळ लेखकाची परवानगी जोडली आहे.The information given about the play being original or based on another work is true; if it is based on another work, the original author’s permission is attached.
- एकांकिकेबाबतच्या कोणत्याही कायदेशीर तक्रारीसाठी / बाबींसाठी आम्ही जबाबदार आहोत; हे हमीपत्र आम्ही आयोजक “प्रयोग मालाड” यांना देत आहोत.We are responsible for any legal complaint or matter concerning the play, and give this undertaking to the organiser, Prayog Malad.
- स्पर्धेसाठी दाखल झालेली एकांकिका “प्रयोग मालाड” च्या YouTube चॅनेलवर प्रदर्शित करण्यास आमची हरकत नाही; स्पर्धेचा निकाल जाहीर होईपर्यंत ती इतरत्र प्रदर्शित केली जाणार नाही.We have no objection to the play being published on Prayog Malad’s YouTube channel; it will not be published elsewhere until the competition results are announced.
